In an attempt to get back on a “normal” sleeping schedule, I am pulling an all nighter. Wish me luck because every other attempt at this had ended in me crashing into bed at 8 am and sleeping even later into the day!
Joel came home from his National Guard duty tonight, so I did get a “nap” from 11 pm to 2:30 am. That will have to do if I am gonna change this mess. I will still be a night owl, but bedtime must be 3 am at latest. No ifs, ands, or buts. I think.

My fellow night owl! I am crossing my fingers for you.
I have been fairly good about getting into bed by 2 AM myself since being back from Jamaica. I have been working on our vacation post and will hopefully finish it up (with photos) by tonight, although I am not promising. The last couple of days, I have been busy getting certified to coach cheerleading (I passed 100%) and working on changing my eating habits (to healthier choices). So far, so good.

It worked! Perhaps in part to a martini induced coma, but I went to bed at 2:30 am. MUCH earlier than normal for me lately. I think I am back on track.

Hey I’m a semi-night owl tonight. I wish you luck in regulating your sleep. I find that I function best on 4-6 hours of sleep. Whenever I get more than 6, I just want to stay in bed indefinitely! I like the look of this blog. Nice work!

I am breaking my night owl cycle-somewhat. I am gonna start hitting the hay by 2 and up by 10 am. Then I can get some stuff done. Thanks for stopping by!

Usually I stay up till 2:00A.M. Because I’m a computer freak.
